Accounts
You are responsible for your account and activity. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their events and for delivering what they sell.
Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable except where the organizer allows transfers. Refunds follow each event's refund policy. We may cancel fraudulent orders.
Platform fees
TIXNOVA AI charges fees on paid tickets as described at checkout and in organizer plans. Fees are shown before purchase.
Conduct
No fraud, resale at a premium, harassment, or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
